Agreement

By engaging Branch Bookkeeping ("Branch," "we," "us," or "our") for bookkeeping or financial advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our services and any software integrations we operate on your behalf.

Services

Branch provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CFO advisory services to businesses, churches, and ministry organizations. Specific services are defined in your individual service agreement or engagement letter.

Authorized Access

When you connect third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online to our services, you authorize Branch to access your financial data solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have engaged us for. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the integration within the third-party platform.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of financial records and information you provide to Branch. You retain ownership of all your financial data at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Branch's services are advisory and operational in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on reports or insights we provide. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in your service agreement. Upon termination, your data will be returned or deleted per your instructions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
