Meet Your CFO
Blake Gann is a financial steward at heart. He doesn’t see numbers as abstractions or spreadsheets as busywork—he sees them as instruments of truth. For Blake, finance is where responsibility becomes visible. The ledger reveals what a leader truly values, because eventually everything gets recorded.
Blake’s background spans both ministry and business, serving as CFO for a multi-campus church before stepping fully into Branch Bookkeeping to support business owners and ministry leaders alike. That dual exposure shaped his approach: disciplined, transparent, and deeply human. He understands the weight leaders carry when they’re responsible not just for profit, but for people.
His work philosophy is simple but demanding—clarity over comfort, order over chaos, stewardship before growth. He believes most financial stress doesn’t come from lack of money, but from lack of structure and understanding. When leaders can clearly see where they stand, they regain peace, confidence, and the ability to lead wisely.
